Narrow

Much more narrow in the toe box than any other version of Pegasus. Pegasus has always been my go to running shoe for almost a decade. If I hadn’t worn these outside I would have returned them straight away. The heel rubs and the toe box is so compressed. I was genuinely surprised because they felt and fit nothing like previous models.

Fantastic Shoe for Flat Footed Runners

From what I've been told, it is recommended that you take a stroll in new running shoes to warm them up and stretch them out a bit. However, I took these shoes on a run fresh out of the box and it felt great. This is not normal for me by the way. I'm a flat-footed monster with wide feet and if the shoe doesn't fit while I'm running, it can get extremely painful. The Pegasus always seem to deliver for me. Neutral running shoes work the best for my flat feet and I'm so happy with my purchase. I look forward to using this bad boy as my daily. I'm 5'1", and wear a 6.5 in womens running shoes. Size up half a size for wide footed monsters.

Order your normal size in Nike!

I ordered up 1/2 size based on Nike's recommendation and they are BIG. I should've stuck with my true to size. Otherwise, love the shoe and will order more in my regular size. I do a combination of treadmill runs + outdoor runs up to half marathon distance. Average 20-30 miles per week.

I really want to give the shoe a five because its fit and feel are impeccable. My complaint is its durability. After two months of casual wear, the midsole cracks and chips away.

Spent the extra on the Pegasus Plus, WORTH IT!!!

HOLY. COW. I’m a Nike regular. I’ve previously purchased and wore numerous releases of the REACT line and figured I’d spend the extra on this release. Let me tell you that the cushioning on these from heal to toe is beyond comparison. I’m a coach, and on my feet for long hours, mixed with jogging, walking across gym floors. My feet & back are torched after a day. The fit is perfect. Looks on the Pegasus Plus are catching. There is nothing I do not love about this shoe!

Short Lasting Love

I was super excited about these shoes upon purchasing them, now I dread the time I train in them. I hit a PR the first run I had in them without even trying. I feel like the responsiveness in them shot out after the 3rd run in them. I’m at only 77 miles in them and hesitate to train in them when the time comes. I rotate through different shoes each week to maintain mileage on each pair. I’d say after 10k of each run in these, my left foot is sore from the rubbing the insole does. I’ve tried relacing them several times and tried them with several different socks and it’s the same thing. They’re really light to me which I love, but everything else takes away from the experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nike Pegasus Plus Women’s Road Running Shoes – A Game Changer! I can’t say enough great things about the Nike Pegasus Plus Women’s Road Running Shoes! These are hands down some of the most comfortable and versatile shoes I’ve ever worn. Whether I’m hitting the gym, going for a run, or just walking around town, they provide the perfect mix of support, softness, and style. The soft soles are an absolute dream, keeping my feet happy even during long workouts or all-day wear. They offer amazing cushioning without feeling too bulky, which makes them great for both high-intensity training and casual strolls. The breathable material ensures my feet stay cool and dry, and the overall fit is just perfect—snug but not too tight. If you’re looking for a shoe that’s not only high-performance but also super comfortable inside and outside the gym, the Pegasus Plus is a no-brainer. Nike nailed it with this one!

I tried a lot of different shoes to start my running journey. Had a lot of calf tightness and shin splints. The day I got these I ran 5 solid miles and no shin pain at all. Highly recommend. They also are the coolest looking ones I’ve tried. Probably will do vapor fly when start running longer distances for speed.

Better than the original Pegasus Turbo!

I just love this shoe. Very comfortable, true to size and in my option, it fits much better than the original Pegasus Turbo, looks better too! My only criticism is the absolutely awful colour options... come on Nike how about Volt/Black, Obsidian/White or perhaps a 'Nike by You' custom option. Other than that, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shoe.

Started out as a great shoe. Road running 3 miles 5 days a weeks. After 2 months the tread is almost gone. Maybe I got a defective pair. Overall it's a great shoe lightweight with good cushion.

Good shoe — Widen the toe box

Great option for any kind of energized run. Aerobic running and steady running are gonna be this shoe’s wheelhouse, though it can do some faster workouts in a pinch. It almost disappears under foot. You have a very connected feel to the ground in this one, which not everyone will love, but that’s OK. Only knock back on this shoe is the toe box. The length is good once the upper breaks in, but the taper in the toe box is too narrow and it really pinches your toes. I would love to see a more rounded toe box in this model similar to previous versions of the Pegasus (like the Peg 40) with a slightly straighter last. Having real room for your toes to splay would make this shoe even more versatile and an option you could truly reach for every day.

Not a distance shoe

Just got off from running a half marathon and decided to reward myself with new shoes. I was hoping that the Pegasus plus shoes would be my next pick for a marathon shoe. Unfortunately, this shoe is not the one. Positives: Very comfortable right out of the box, lots of cushion for walking on the road. Looks gorgeous! Negative: I road-tested the shoe as soon as it arrived. 1 mile in and I was already feeling the shock of the road up through to my knees. 2 miles in and I was glad to stop and walk for a while. As soon as I started walking, the cushion kicked in and reminded me that it existed. Where were you when I needed you during the running portion? There is no way that I am going to use the shoes for anything longer than a 5K on the road. I’ll experiment with treadmill runs and see if it’s any better on a softer impact surface. Final verdict: since these shoes were advertised for road running, I am only giving them a three out of five. I have a feeling that for treadmill running they will be a lot more effective, and as a walking shoe, they seem fantastic.

Love this Pegasus Plus! Great daily running shoe, and also perfect for walking. It's very lightweight and breathable. The toe box is adequately wide enough for toe splay for my foot, and it fits a little roomier than the Pegasus 41, which I appreciate. Runs true to size - go with your usual pegasus size. Love the look and styling of this shoe with the turbo heritage. Had to grab the Dusty Cactus as soon as I saw it. Will be grabbing this shoe in other colors!

They felt great when first trying them on but after a running a few miles my foot went numb from the toe box being way too narrow. I have narrow feet to begin with so I have never had this happen before.

Uncomfortable “running” trainer

Although a good looking trainer… I’m very disappointed in the comfort of this shoe.. most uncomfortable to run in.. even with my custom made German insoles. No support, rather flimsy on the foot despite doing up the laces super tight. Wouldn’t recommend for running, just a walking shoe at best.

Good option for short and long-ish runs

I've been running in the Nike React Infinity Run 3, but needed a new shoe line. Tried this one. It is very different from the shoe I had, but it's the closest I could find. I much preferred the Infinity 3, but this is a decent option. Cushioning is plentiful but not bulky, upper is flexible and breathable. Cool color options. I ordered my usual size but they seem slightly longer (not wider) than usual. I would either order your usual size or even a half size down. Holding up well so far. I use them for like 1-7 mile runs/workouts. I had a hard time deciding whether to get a short distance racing shoe or a longer distance running shoe, and these seem ok for both, but not perfect for either. I wish they had a sturdier/more springy midfoot sole without compromising the cushion. Couldn't find a shoe that does both and didn't want to break the bank and order two pairs. Overall they are well made, eye-catching, and versatile, but not as springy in the midfoot as I hoped.

Great Trainer(Light and Comfortable with Bounce)

This is my 1st time using Nike shoe for daily trainer. I wore Nike Vaporfly 3 and Alphafly 3 for racing but no daily trainer shoe. The Pegasus Plus is a great daily trainer and I felt that midsole when I did a 10K easy run with some strides. The excitement to run with this shoe is there definitely. This will be my workhorse shoe at the start of the year. . Pretty excited with it. Highly recommended.

I really wanted to like these shoes. The styling is great, one of the better new silhouettes in some time. The structure of the upper is great as well. Unfortunately there are issues with quality. I’ve had them a short time and the sole is already falling apart with the grip coming off due to the glue wearing down in a few places. Additionally, the sole is wearing down on the right side causing stability issues that make them risky to use.

My shoes shrunk when they got wet

I loved these shoes so much.... until they got wet.... I wore them for a run in a winter mix yesterday and today I can't even get my foot into them. They shrunk down to a point I can't get my foot in. Not sure if they are designed to shrink, or it's a flaw, but man I loved these shoes and was going to keep ordering but can't in good conscious throw away the money for good weather only shoes
