Comfortable. Good for all types of exercises. I have two pair, one my normal shoe size and it’s a little roomy in the toe box. Half size down works best for me. 12/11.5

These shoes look nice and are comfortable with a nice wide toe box. The durability is horrible however. I’ve had two pairs of these, both less than a month old, develop a split/torn sole at the ball of the foot. One during stairmaster, another during sled pushes. These do not hold up to serious workouts. These are also very difficult to put on.

Picked up the hyper orange Metcon 6 and they are super lite and comfortable. The fit is just right so don’t need to get a size up.

I prefer the look of the Metcon 5’s and was very disappointed that they have discontinued that style. I got the 6 because I wanted to try this iteration and the Men’s variation had a pretty deep discount. I have to say that the 6 feels more comfortable. It’s early days yet, but as a woman who prefers not to train legs in socks I really liked these for leg day. My feet felt more secure and sturdy when doing isolated leg movements. Shoes fit well and I felt no discomfort. As for cons, I still think the 5’s are cuter and I wish the women’s variations had better discounts. The opening to get your feet in is a bit challenging especially if you’re like me with a high instep, but nothing like Jordan’s. Overall, I really like these for my purpose, which is training at the gym - I do mostly strength training and light cardio on the treadmill. Size was true to size for me. I have narrow feet with a high instep.

Zero ankle support and overall way too loose as a “training” or “running” shoe! Would not recommend. Regular Metcon a better option as a training shoe
