Incredible shoe for long runs, so much cushion yet tremendous amount of energy return.

Brilliant!!! Very comfortable. Snug fit as I went the size down as suggested. I probably would have gotten away with my actual size with the socks I wear. I run 2-3 times a week. Casual. None competitive. I’m amazed how Mizuno are able to have you land like you are on a cloud but transition to stability and support when you are pushing off for tour next stride.

Love these. Super soft but without needing additional effort for terminal stance. Design of the sole is fluid adding with increased ease in working through heel strike and adding a bit of zip to your run. Super comfortable, they fit like a glove.

Great spongey super trainer. A great show for recovery and easy runs. Not a fast show but effortless.

First time to try out a Mizuno sneaker and am very impressed. Great fit and comfortable booty knit upper. The high stack midsole foam with the glass fiber plate feels ultra responsive and fun to wear. Will definitely be checking out for more Mizuno sneakers.

This is a very interesting shoe with a lot of good components but the overall package still needs refining. The upper design is comfortable and the booty-like construction doesn't feel weird. The upper itself has very little structure which allows for your foot to slide around quite easily, especially turning corners with some intensity - since this is a super trainer behaving favourably at speed is vital. The forefoot also lacks a bit of depth meaning that, combined with some friction from lateral movement, I have found the underside of my foot to get hot and experience some numbness. The midsole is where a lot of the talk has been and I can confirm the geometry is lovely. The shoe is compliant and has decent energy return. However, perhaps not suited to heavier runners as I almost find the foam too soft even with the plat (i'm 88kg). As a midfoot runner, the behaviour of the shoe for my stride is great. Because the foam is so compliant and the deep cutout through the length of the midsole & outsole, stability is not a strong point. If you require even mild guidance or support I would look in the direction of the Superblast. Overall, a good first attempt for Mizuno and a massive step up from their over non-Rebellion offerings. Slightly more structure in the upper and firming the foam up a touch would go a long way to make this sure excellent.
