Great Knee Pads

I bought the product a while ago and it was at first difficult to put on but once they are on they are so comfy!! I would recommend wearing skins with them to hold them up as on their own i found it fell down. Would 100% recommend they are supportive and protect your knees whilst giving a good compression to your thighs and calves.

A very important point missed in the description

I purchased this product twice in the last 12 months for my 10 year old son and learned the hard way that this product was not made for contact with the floor but rather for body contact only. If your son hits the hard top knees first a fair bit he will blow the hex pads out the very first time he plays in them. McDavid does make what they call "Tuff Hex" knee pads developed especially for contact with the floor but sadly not available at Rebel.

Unfortunately after measuring as per recommendations we had to return this produc for refund as we were unable to have it fit correctly. Would recommend buying a size larger than the size chart says.

Disappointed in quality

My daughter wears these for basketball and they most definitely help with absorbing the shock from falling on her knees. She can’t play a game without them… I just replaced a pair that lasted her almost two basketball seasons and after wearing the new pair twice there’s holes!!!

My son wanted these for ages and used his Christmas money to purchase. He wore them to one game and both knees popped during the first wear. Rebel were very professional and offered a refund straight away.

Ok, but get legging version if you can

I’ve been buying these in black and white every basketball season for 2 kids for quite a few years. They blow out pretty quickly. If you can get the legging version those seem to be better quality/more durable, but I haven’t seen them small enough for my 15 year old daughter. (The leggings also stay in place better.) These work well for their purpose of protecting knees, but they don’t last very long considering their price. The very first game of this season, my daughter’s already tore and started falling apart. Seems like they could be made more durable.
