Lightweight and good support

I use it for football, and the McDavid Ankle Sleeve Support fits snugly, is lightweight and provides just enough support for my ankles. I'd say though that you should only use this for injury prevention, and anyone with more persistent ankle issues or injuries should get one with a higher grade of support.
