Ankle Sleeve Support - Slightly Too Tight For Size

Great support but maybe almost a little too tight around the heel under the foot which would some times result in the feeling of the heel being displaced more and the pain being worse than prior to wearing it. Be sure to wear long sock underneath preferably medium to thick in thickness for extra support and reduction in pressure around the heel

Bought it after my ankle starts to hurt after running. I had not the feeling that my ankle was more protected during running. I worn it also after running. Nothing changed. Tried to wear it during night, but wasn't comfortable and so i decided to buy a professional bandage

Able To Do My Muay Thai Training

I broke my Ankle 21 years ago. Now need to use for Muay Thai training for extra support with weakness. Gone up in volume of Classes, Ankle Muscles are adapting to higher volume in training. Which is normal my Instructor informed me of when adding. With all the twisting and turning required, am able to train normally.
