great fit

excellent fit. does not slide down the arm during use. great for use during crossfit or weight lifting workouts. however i could not wear for an extended period due to neoprene allergy

Tennis elbow support ok but not great

Bought for support of tennis elbow injury during play. Comfortable fit, adjusts well and high quality materials. Needs to be tight to support the tendons but this also reduces racquet grip strength with compression of forearm muscles, limiting power shots so is a bit of a trade-off. Better than without the strap though as the support manages the pain.

Elbow Strap / Adjustable

I have chronic tennis elbow. I have tried every imaginable strap and device over the last twenty years. This strap is the most effective device for eliminating the discomfort associated with tendonitis of the elbow. Other similar straps do not give enough compression over a large enough area of the upper forearm.
