Still use this occasionally when I know I’m gonna be prone to injury. This simple strap is very effective for people who battle with repetitive stress injuries — tennis elbow for me. It’s well designed, easy to adjust and the main thing — protects & may prevent similar soft-tissue injuries from worsening. Only cons: a tiny strip of scratchy velcro which catches skin if one isn’t careful to ‘fit’ it properly and, it's a little more expensive than some similar products. Otherwise, product does its job perfectly. Would definitely recommend to others with tennis elbow or a similar injuries.

It's ok, I doesn't support the elbow, it just basically restricts your forearm muscles working fully, which I guess stops you from using your arm. But even if it is just a little tight my hand would start going blue and numb. Maybe different for others.
