Love these. They fit like the Apple ear pods. They come with other size ear pieces but I prefer the ones on it. Good sound. Good range.

I like the flex is better than the endurance set I purchased a few years ago. The flex connected easier than the endurance. But if you’re an active person. The endurance is less likely to fall out of your ears. They both have there ups and downs. The flex connects easier and faster.

Not reliable

I'm on my second set of these in a year. The right earphone has stopped working on both sets. With a fully charged case, it'll report 10% or 20%. I have cleaned out the connections both in the case and on the earphones themselves. When working properly they sound pretty good.

Bluetooth

The Bluetooth is very unreliable, headphones will just turn on and auto connect even when it's in the case. Also when they are put back into the case it won't turn off and it forces the person to go into the app just to turn them off.

Thank you for your feedback. We're here to help. Please make sure the charging case is clean and that nothing is preventing the headphones from sitting correctly and making good contact with the charging connectors. If that doesn't resolve the issue, you can do a factory reset. This can typically resolve glitches by restoring the original settings. With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. For further assistance, please contact customer support.

Kinda Sad

I bought these specially because they where advertised as having great microphone quality. i have used them in discord calls and phone calls, and the mic quality is subpar at best. I've had them 4 months, and am already experiencing issues with them having connection issues with the case, not registering insertion, or removal in/out of the case. I wanted to give them 2 stars, but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt because the audio quality and battery life is very good.

Headphones didn't last. Low sound, poor charging

I bought these a couple months ago as a replacement for headphones eaten by my dog. At first, they were ok, none of the tips fit perfectly in my ear, so the bass was a little low. Now, just months later, both of them are extremely low volume (left is still slightly louder). If it's not maximum volume, I can't hear it. Because they're imbalanced, I usually listen with the louder one only. However, when I try charging only one, it seems to not charge because the quiet one is left at full battery. Sometimes, I'll leave them charging for a day and theyll be at 10% when I take them out.

Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Tune Flex. Please try these steps to help fix the volume issue. First, to get the best audio response, create a tight seal in your ear by gently twisting the earbuds and angle the ear tip slightly downward. Next, check the balance control on your device's settings and your EQ settings. If the issue remains, try connecting your unit to other devices. For the charging issue, please use a Q-tip and rubbing alcohol to clean the contact pins on the earbud and in the case. If you need more help, please contact us.

We're here to help with your JBL Tune Flex TWS. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Personal issues

I bought this q couple of months ago, maybe over a year. Main issue is that the battery or something (im trash with tech) got messed up because it lasts maybe a minute right side and 20 seconds left side and its a nightmare not going mono mode. The Bluetooth also seems to be messed up with connecting sometimes. I don't know if this is a rare issue only i got but I doubt this earphone only lasts less than 2 years before becoming users. Would be a 5 otherwise, good features and decent quality.

Not good

My wife got these as a present for our anniversary. This is the worst pair of wireless head phones I’ve ever had. They stay connected to your phone even when in the case which if you don’t notice will just drain the battery, and forces you to just turn your Bluetooth off. The ambient noise canceling doesn’t do much of anything. Lastly even if you turn off all the motion controls such as the tapping the ear phones to pause or skip song, completely turn them off in the settings, if something is pressing them for longer than about 10 seconds or so it will disconnect them completely and will have to completely restart the connection process in the app. So good luck using them if you lay on your side for exercises or your headphone is touching your pillow. I dislike these so much. Only reason for two stars is because the sound quality and adjustable settings are great.

We understand that your JBL Tune Flex didn't meet your expectations. We're here to help. For ambient noise, ensure that you have the correct size of ear tips for your ears, as a proper seal can significantly improve noise cancelation. For the Battery draining and motion control issues. We recommend doing a factory reset. To do this, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. It's necessary to forget the name of the earbuds from the previously connected device before connecting again. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support.

The sound quality is good and I like the features with the app. But with just a little bit of wind or a light fan, that is all you will hear. Even phone calls will be interfered with, as the caller will not be able to hear you.

Save yourself some money. DO NOT BUY THESE

I bought these to replace my lost Raycons and these are easily the worst earbuds I've ever had the misfortune to use. They do not fit, they hurt to use, touching the earbud activates random functions on the earbuds themselves, they do not seal to your ear so you can hear everything around you, the audio quality is terrible. Just a horrible product. I've used JBL earbuds in the past and I am deeply disappointed by this product. The only thing keeping me from throwing it in the garbage is the egregious amount of money that I spent on them.

So many problems

DO NOT BUY THESE EAR BUDS! I bought this last month and I'm already having problems with the charging. Never charges when you put them away. Always connects when I'm not using it. And the worst part is for some reason the earbuds likes to pick up high frequency noises and it screeches in my ear. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH 100. DO NOT BUY

Great features pffft.

The worst piece of plastic junk I have purchased to date. They do not charge in the case MOST of the time. They drain their own battery in constant feedback from within the case. Thats only if they arent already drained due to constantly looking for a bluetooth signal because the are of to low of quality to make contact in the charge case. Even when charged they have to be jostled with for 5 minutes to turn on because they dont recognize they have been removed from their case. This has been from day one and will be my last JBL product.

We're here to help with your JBL Tune Flex. To avoid getting drained when inside the case, make sure to close the lid so the earbuds will stop connecting and start to charge. Also, charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. We recommend cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case. Please contact our customer support if the issue remains after following the cleaning instructions on this link: https://bit.ly/4bFdESo

These are exactly the kinds of earbuds I've been looking for -- comfortable fit and doesn't move around when I laugh, smile, or run (an issue with other earbuds I've tried). After wearing them a little while, I swapped the silicon for the small size, which is perfect for my ears. The app is handy, too, for custom sound profiles.
