third grade battery life. the product seems best in class for first 6 months of use and then when the battery problem creeps, you are left with no option but to dump it. So for just 6 months usage this product is best in class.

Id give these a 0 if i could, right earbud doesn’t charge. have to stick a napkin in the case at just the right angle so it will charge and most of the time it still doesn’t. connects to my phone randomly and that also depletes the charge. save your money and buy something else

bought this a couple of weeks ago was working perfectly fine for 3 days then the left earbud randomly stopped working , it has full battery, clean and not been damaged in any way as i took good care of them. really dissapointed what a waste of money

We don’t typically have music performances where I work, but last month we did—and I am so glad we did. Here’s why: I came in early and the stage crew was setting up the speakers, sound board, lighting, etc. for our outdoor amphitheater. I went inside to put my things away and when I came back outside they had the music jamming while they worked. It sounded great. I walked around to find what was playing the music since they hadn’t set up the sound equipment yet… And there it was, a JBL Charge on top of an amp box! I was so impressed, I ordered one on the spot. It’s been a month since I got it and I love it. I take it to the office, use it at home, the beach—I take it everywhere.

I’ve had a series of portable Bluetooth speakers, none of which could put out loud tunes. Enter the 30 watt Charge 4, and never look back. Great design, long battery life, simple controls, instant pairing, terrific sound. Looks awesome, I’m a happy camper!

Cool earphones but not for running in.

Really cool design, Really good sound quality and comfort however I bought these for running and they make a racquet when running against any strength of wind, which results in poor sound quality. When I’m not running they are great earphones.

this speaker is messed up

i bought this less than a year ago, and the eight months the speaker battery has barely lasted more than a couple hours, despite charging for days. it will not charge above 2/5, and dies constantly. i have to keep it plugged in to use it at all, and even then it will die within minutes unless it’s been plugged in for a few days. the sound quality is great, but this speaker does not work at all how i was expecting, and i would not have paid this much money for it if i knew it was going to be worthless within a year.

To reset, press and hold the volume up and play button for at least 2 seconds while the speaker is on. The speaker will power off and will be reset. Awful wind inteference

The wind can still be heard whilst on a call. The other caller can barely hear my voice through the wind! They have Apple pods and they don’t have such problems.

Much better than AirPods!

I originally brought the new AirPod 4s after I had lost my pair of JBL endurance peak. But the AirPods started hurting my ears and the music could be heard by people around me. So I thought to resort back to JBL and it didn’t disappoint. These have a similar look and style to AirPods. The noise cancellation is great and music quality doesn’t have any faults to me. It’s also comfy too and stays in my ears with the ear tips. And the price was insanely good, I used a student discount so I got it for less too (if you are a student then sign up to UNiDAYS and it’s a 10% discount or more)

This is my second pair of JBL earphones. I had my first pair for over two years and only then the battery life started to deteriorate so I bought another. Sound quality is amazing , noise cancelling is great. Really can’t fault for the price. Definitely recommend !

Much better products out there for a fraction of this price!!! Not the best JBL purchase I’ve made. Music quality was far better in my previous EarPod which was a local brand. The various equaliser settlings don’t seem to make it better either. I did doubt if this was a faulty batch if earpods but it’s probably not just a poor quality product, very unhappy and feel like my money is wasted. There is an app but that’s pretty common these days, wouldn’t recommend to but this product.

sometimes one earbud does not work and other times the case and earbuds are in a different room to me and my phone and it randomly connects to the earbuds over and over again, leading me to be unable to use them.
