PLEASE READ! To say I was gifted these headphones would be a lie. It’s more accurate to say I was cursed with these headphones. I am not exaggerating, these headphones are the biggest obstacle in my life right now. When you first put them on you may think they’re a solid pair of headphones. Well friend, that thought will soon be fleeting. Once your into your music, podcast, whatever you listen to, the headphones WILL repeatedly pause on and off, sometimes just off and it’s up to you to turn them back on. This is incredibly inconvenient at the gym. The sensors on them are way too sensitive. If you move, turn your head, open your mouth, produce a drop of sweat, your audio is turning off. It’s not a problem with the battery or Bluetooth. I’m at the gym wearing these headphones right now listening to post Malone and I’m p1ssed off genuinely. I’ve been counting, since writing this review, the headphones have interrupted my music 11 times. So unless you plan on sitting still in a sensory deprivation room all day, these headphones are not going to be good for you. 13 times. I’ve read that downloading their stupid app can help solve this problem. Screw that, I’m not letting jbl win like that after cursing me. In short, do not let the price pursuade you, these are cruddy and I’m p1ssed. 14 times now.

What a shame about the print quality! It looks like it was made on my home printer. It makes an annoying noise every time I jump or do any impact activity: running, jumping or walking faster!

Overall I like the headphones definitely an upgrade, but one small problem in wind like a car ride it disrupts the headphones and sounds bad and they turn off because of the automatic pause thinks you taken them off.

This is my second pair of Live 660NC. I was gifted a pair a couple of years ago and still love them so I bought a custom pair as a gift for my sister. The headphones themselves are still great but I’m very disappointed in the design printing on one side. The pattern was grainy and the logo was crooked. It isn’t super noticeable, but the fact that it is only on one side makes it worse.

Fit and comfort are great. Noise cancellation works pretty good for price point. However the bass cracks when on higher volume and clarity is subpar for a JBL product

We appreciate your feedback. Source devices (phones, tablets, etc.) all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. It is possible that the output level of your source device or song causes the unit to reach maximum undistorted volume before actually reaching 100% on the volume control. So, if the issue only occurs when the volume is getting near to maximum, this would confirm that the issue is the result of an extremely loud source device or song recording. If you are using an EQ (Equalizer) in the app or source device, please try turning it off. If the sound no longer distorts with the EQ off, the EQ settings need to be adjusted to prevent distortion and eventual damage. You may also try to connect your JBL Live 660NC to your other devices or try these reset steps: make sure the Bluetooth is not switched on and is not paired to any device. Next, is turned on the headphone and long press the Volume + and the Volume -buttons together. If the LED indicator flashes faster, the headphones will be reset. Before attempting to pair with the headphone after the reset, make sure you have forgotten the device from the Bluetooth menu on your smart phone/tablet. If the issue persists, feel free to contact our customer support: https://support.jbl.com/us/en

It's probably user error, but I have such a hard time controlling the navigation. Something also causes a screen to freeze and then force stops one device when I try to switch between devices.

Bought two weeks ago. After charging it with the given connector overnight (approximately 8 hours), the u stayed on for about 45 minutes, and promptly went off. Subsequent connections to the left side port did not show an orange light, or any light at all when plugged in. Several lengthy charging periods before use resulted in short active connections before sudden terminations of 45 minutes or less. I had no problem pairing with my VIZIO smart TV. However, the buttons on the right ear side are difficult to see and navigate. They are obscure, having the same color as the hardware. Also, the buttons are barely raised above the matrix and are difficult to locate while wearing the over the ear head phones. Otherwise, the padding around the ears are comfortable and fit well. The lightness of the earphones is a positive.

Thanks for your feedback, our JBL Live 660NC has a battery life up to 50 hours of battery life and 40 hours with ANC and Bluetooth On, if you're experiencing a low batter play time. Please try this experiment: Charge the battery to 100%, and then listen to music without any bass boosted and at a very low volume. If the battery lasts close to the published up-to-playtime (7 hours), the battery is working fine. However, if you get less than 90% of the published spec, this likely means that the battery is losing its capacity. If it's loosing battery capacity we recommend contacting our customer support for further assistance.

I bought mine because my daughter has some when we went on a long airline flight and am very happy with the product it came exactly as I had customized it it also came with a cord that I wasn't expecting it to come with that I can use with my work computer for listening to videos and conferencing which is nice. It bluetooths to my TV my phone my computer and the sound is very clear. Very happy with this purchase

I haven’t had these headphones very long and I don’t use them that often. After a full charge, I turn them on and they connect but automatically turn off 3 seconds later. Noise canceling feature is decent when the headphones actually work.

While the unit is not plugged into a power source, do power cycle by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds to see if the unit will unlock. If this step did not work, please do a factory reset by pressing and holding both volume buttons for more than 5 seconds while the unit is On. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support.

I LOVE these headphones! They have amazing sound and features are top notch! I use these at school, home, and at the gym and they work perfectly. The noise cancelling is good but can be better, I don't use them in loud places anyways. The only thing I do not like is that the headphones get really nasty and I have to clean them a lot. If you have very dirty hands then these might not be for you. But I really do think others should get these!

I bought these headphones. Great product until they simply stopped working after 2 years and 1 month. Just wouldn't turn on. Terrible value because they didn't last. Mine were in as new condition when they failed. JBL had no interest in a warranty repair or replacement Very disappointing
