The Harbinger Pushup Elite handles have been disigned to take your workout to the next level by slightly rotating during your pushup to increase muscle activation on the dip. The result is increased muscle strength and definition in the arms, shoulders, back, chest and abs. These handles will reduce the amount of stress on your wrists and elbows compared to a floor push up and can take weight up to 180kg.

Perfect for getting a better workout with every pushup,allowing the chest to go lower and if you have weak wrist it compensates for that,allowing every pushup to be more enjoyable and inclusive or more muscle groups especially the chest and triceps,all in all it was money well spent

These have proven to be a godsend as I always suffered from sore wrists when doing/ attempting pushups. The fact that you can rotate them also helps activate different muscles.

I have bad ulna problems causing severe pain when my hands are flat making basic pushups and other activities next to impossible. Being able to grip in a straight line and slightly twist as I do pushups means no pain. Very happy!

I have found these great for increasing pushup difficulty and helping build up the chest more. The quality of these are great and worth the price tag. The hand grips are soft enough that they don't feel too hard on the palms like some other models appear to be. The handles rotate smoothly and it's also easy enough to do pushup without making them rotate if you like
