It's the best for weight lifting

It's better than the weight gloves. It might give you the men's blisters but will give yhe maximum support for the wrists which is the most important during muscle training.

I bought these for my gymnastic rings training. I was sick of the rings tearing chunks out of my wrists and having to clean the blood off the rings afterwards. But these wraps worked brilliantly! They protected my wrists, AND didn't hamper wrist flexibility at all. Now I want to try them with kettlebells.... Does anyone know if they can be washed?
