Does what it's supposed to

Works well. The leather on mine was very stiff and dry when I got it, but that doesn't affect the performance. I hit mine with a few coats of leather dressing to soften it up a bit.

making workout strenuous

my 18yr old son absolutely loves this product. it allows him to do pull ups with a weight attached hence making the workout more arduous. Only criticism is the clip is a bit thick to attach to some of his weights.
