Great as a light support

This barbell pad isn’t as slip prone as some others I’ve used but I wouldn’t recommend it when doing very heavy lifts. You can place a larger or looser pad over this for great additional support.

Good amount of padding, light weight. Only reason not 5 stars is because during hip raisers if you don't have it in the right spot the velcro can split open leaving the bar directly on your hips and you need to reset.
