Great skates with a few little issues

We purchased these skates for our 7yo daughter who is already an established skater/rollerblader. Her feedback has been that they are comfortable and great to skate in (she says they're much faster than her old ones). We like that they are adjustable and will grow with her. There are two factors that left me from rating 5/5. The buckle locks are sooooo hard/stiff to click/unclick into place. This means my child is unable to put them on and off herself. I also struggle with them. The other issue is that the screws were in so tight on the skates I cut my finger with the Allen key trying to undo it. Both skates also required some "hammering" to get the wheels into position as they did not fit in together easily. It just took a whole lot longer than it should have to swap the wheel bases over. Other than that, they are pretty good!

Bought different colour for my daughter. Great quality skates, fit the kids well. Best bang for buck, especially since you can swap out the wheels to either be roller blades, or skates.

These roller blades are amazing. We haven’t tried swapping to skates yet but the colour is great, quality is great. Very happy. The only challenge we have had is getting the buckles to click but maybe that will get easier over time.
