Bit wobbly, but other than that, good quality

Easy to put together and great that the height is adjustable. Unfortunately, the metal poles aren't very tight so from the second pole upwards, it is a bit wobbly. Everything is tightened appropriately, but the metal poles don't fit as snugly as they should.

Metal Pole Crumbled and disintegrated after 1 year

The metal stand disintegrated and crumbled within a year of purchase. So the metal stand was then not stable in the plastic base (as the pole had crumbled mainly at the bottom where it attaches to base). Very disappointing! Live in NSW. Only 6 month warranty. Obviously has very low quality "steel' - if in fact it is steel. Won't be buying again!

Net has disintegrated within 2 months

Have had it for 2 months and the net has completely disintegrated. Screws were missing when putting it together. Cheap hoop with a big price tag.

I purchased this netball ring for my daughter for Christmas 24. Given the cost of this item, I would have expected a better quality item. Yes the ring has adjustable height, but there are no preset adjustments. If you want the correct height you will have to find out what that is and use a measuring tape to set the correct height. Now after less than 2 months of use the net has completely failed. By comparison, our Lifetime brand basketball net is still good after over 3 years out in the weather. No I would not recommend this product.

Have just bought and put this together. Easy enough to put together but it is does not seem very stable and post moves ever time ball hits it. It would be good if this had also included markers for the 2 different settings. I expected better quality for the price of this.

Appalling assembly instructions and faulty

Surely Gilbert can pay someone to write a proper instruction manual. As well as this it is impossible to get the struts that support the pole to attach with our major hammering or welding. This one is going straight back to sender.

It's a project

The product in the box does not match the package or website. The struts are assembled differently to the side of the base and the included bolts do not fit ... but with a trip to the hardware store we made it work (so far). The instructions are confusing, the list of parts does not reconcile with the assembly chart. There are more parts in the box than shown in the parts list - and the included bolts don't fit through the holes. It's a bit of a project. Definitely something for Rebel quality control to review.

The Gilbert Diamonds portable netball stand is exactly what my grand daughter needed and wanted. It can be moved anywhere (by an adult of course) so that she can practise her goal skills. We are very happy with the quality materials it is made of as well. A really good purchase that takes her outside away from screens!
