Good value kit. The only drawback is the included swivel. Purchased a Jim Bradley swivel for $20 and swapped out with the old. Perfect

Never done boxing seriously and never played with a speed bag before at all. Within 48 hours the girls in the family became legends at it and infact from youngest of 6yrs is the best. im 42 and find that it takes your mind of that really bad day. you get addicted to trying to get better. Great cardio fitness, control and focus. I want one for work now.

Loved the ease of installation, the quality of the board and ball, however the gloves were sub standard and not at all usable...had to throw them away as they were very poor quality.

my parents bought me this kit for my birthday and this was the best present i have received! Its very durable, you cant put it anywhere, and it comes with the gloves, skipping ropes, and the wraps.

Good value for price paid

Product is good for the price paid, but ball swings too much on chain due to a little ball inside where you hook your ball to the base of the board. Once I put some paper in the area to reduce this it was much better to use in order to establish a good boxing rhythm.

Very fine product - but failed after only 4 months, then rebel replaced free

I love this set-up use it several times a week, it's fun to challenge yourself to get better, more accurate, and punch for longer with shorter breaks in between rounds. But after 4 months, the bag deflated and I couldn't pump it back up. I send it back to rebel, and they, bless them, sent me an entire new set-up, not just the bag. What tremendous customer service, you've got to be happy with that. Cheers, rebel.
