Great Product and Service

I had been looking for a Boxing stand or similar for a number of months and the 20% Store wide sale on everything actually made the investment affordable. I had previously hung my bag from a beam, but i needed to have a portable option. I had been looking at some second hand options but they were not as heavy duty as this product and were selling on Gumtree for a similar price. I bought this on line, unseen, and based on the description/photo's. Pick up was at the Rundle Mall store. The store assistants were amazing as they measured the parcel to make sure i could use the appropriate vehicle to transport it home. It was arranged that i pick it up in the loading dock which was on the Monday of a long weekend, which meant that it wasn't too busy and very painless. The assembly of the boxing stand was easy with straight forward instructions and a well organised kit of screws, bolts, washers and tools to assemble. I was practising my kicks and punches in no time-the stand is stable enough to build technique and power.

Sturdy but will not support a 6' boxing bag

Please note that this stand will not quite support a 6' boxing bag, which you can pretty much tell when you consider that the whole stand is 219 cms high and a 6' boxing bag is 182-185 cms plus the span to the top of the D-shackle, which takes the total boxing bag plus chains to 212 cms high. Unfortunately our relative forgot to actually add up the cms first so our bag is resting on the ground... we'll be supporting it on pavers to get the use out of it. Check your bag and drop measurements before you buy a bag for this stand and you will no doubt be very happy.

A girls best friend for fitness and self-defence!

This was a birthday gift for my daughter who enjoys Muay Thai. She absolutely loves this stand. We bought the two bags as she uses the boxing bag for practicing her full range of kicks, and the speedball for fitness and hand-eye coordination. The stand is solid enough to leave on our verandah for warm workouts, but could be bolted to the floor of a gym.

Easy to assemble with good clear instructions. Although it is better to have two people, I managed to put the second half together by myself. The stand itself is quite sturdy, however needs weights if it is to be hit hard.

I am happy with this purchase. Holds the 30kg bag that I bought for it. Speed ball side is fit for purpose and adjustable. Only issue is that shakes around a bit, I have bought some weight plates to stabilise it which should do the trick.

Had to bring it back, can't imagine being over the height of 5'8 and still being able to punch any bag effectively, could only really work body shots and body/low kicks, could really only recommend for children or small adults.

Broken speed bag platform after first use

Bought this as Christmas gift for 15-year-old son and the speed bag platform broke within 3 minutes of its first use. Called online support and I now need to go into a store and ask for replacement instead of them sending out a replacement. Very disappointed with the quality of the speed bag platform as well as the inconvenience of me having to take time to go into a store to request a replacement when I ordered it online.

I purchased this about a month ago for my son's birthday. My 15yr old son put it together easily. The stand is very stable and looks great. Well worth the money especially as it holds both a punching bag and speed ball and we did not have to worry about attaching a punching bag to the roof etc. Gr8 purchase.

Great for cardio and basic punching.

Stand is easy to put together and feels sturdy. You do need quite a bit of weight on the prongs to stop it moving - I currently have three 25kg plates on it and it still slides a bit when really doing heavy bag work. So you either need like $600 worth of weight plates on it to keep it still, or access to some pretty heavy duty sandbags to hold it in place. Stand easily accommodated 4ft heavy bag and it feels solid enough to not drop it any time soon. Speed bag attachment is simple and effective. I like that it's adjustable so multiple users can access it despite being different heights. Simply move the bar to your desired height and away you go. I have found it to be a very good boxing tool only. No sideways attacks work well as the bag will hit the side frame with roundhouse kicks or decent body hooks. Great for front on punching and that's about it, but limitations are expected as it is on a stand and not freestanding.
