Good entry level, easy to set up. Just would have been better if the dummy was a bit wider with more realistic anatomy resembling humans(or aliens, either or)

So far withstanding heavy blows

Decent freestanding punching bag, so far structurally sound compared to cheaper freestanding bags which have started to buckle from heavy blows from hefty teenage son & husband. A bit hard to fill with sand due to narrow opening but got there in the end, would avoid using water as if this item is left outside in the heat, sand is better option just get a decent funnel. other than that its been a good practice tool for Muay thai training.

It still tends to move around on the floor. Even when placing it on a foam mat. So this is not something you can hit too hard without it moving around a lot, meaning not so good for balcony use.

Worse shopping experience in 12 years in Australia. They charge $600 for Mannequin and $100 for delivery and you don’t have a delivery window option. WOW. And then 1 week later they reduce the price to $400. Are you f$$$ kidding me. So you making over 100% profit ? I will return the mannequin and buy one from Tami if I don’t have a delivery window option and more than happy to wait 4 weeks to save $400.

Great piece of equipment!

I’m a month in using the Everflex, and really enjoying it! I’ve used it for boxing technique, and for cardio. Its movement is somewhere between a bag and a floor-ceiling. I’ve had it full of water, as It was easier than sand, and it can shuffle around a bit on a hard surface. So I sat it on a rubber Matt for some grip. No dramas with movement anymore. Mine is indoors. I wouldn’t leave it outdoors without a cover. I’d say screws and maybe the spring would rust quite soon. Recommend! Enjoy!
