Larger block size than standard

The block is wider than the average block size which I found to not be as useful for sitting poses where I was too elevated from the mat. The foam is harder than other blocks, which feels more prominent in the larger dimension. Wouldn't recommend or buy again and suggest finding another block.

Firm, light-weight yoga blocks

Love these blocks! Thicker than most so really helps me build flexibility. Light weight foam so easy to move around during practice. Firm blocks, so very supportive (i.e. not at all squishy which is better for stability)
