This broke the first time I used it. The swivel pulled out of the handle & can't be fixed. Thanks Rebel for a no fuss refund.

Bought 2, both broken within a week. Poor quality manufacture, screws constantly don't hold, the handles on one wore through on third time i used it. $8 ones from K Mart are better

Poor quality - returned

It was great while it lasted. After nine 15min warmup sessions, the cord coating had begun to chip away, exposing about 2" of metal underneath. This would leave a heck of a welt if you tripped up. I returned it, and bought another speed rope elsewhere.

You adjust the rope by screwing a screw into the plastic rope. It’s a bit cheap and thin and doesn’t really skip well once you make the rope shorter
