Fantastic weights

These weights are great. I put them on while I’m doing things around the house the loop that goes over your thumb helps them stay in place, however after a couple of hours they do start to irritate my thumbs. But they’re fine for quite awhile & it’s a small price to pay! I’ve been wearing them for a couple hours a day for the last couple of weeks & my arms are already feeling & looking more toned.
