Parts missing, customer service is hopeless!

Recently purchased. Findout parts missing when assembling the unit. Email customer support team with phtos of instruction and point out witch parts are missing with attached Invoice in the email. Got back with stupid question to ask for all the details that already in the invoice attached. Replied the email and never heard back since! Very poor service and bad shoping experience. The unit is unusable with parts missing. Its just a big piece of junk.
