Not bad, my first time using it. The handle is metal the base is plastic with some grip under the base, very stable. I found this is a bit too high and impacting on the shoulder's rotator cuff area and cannot get the chest low enough to the ground. Although there are some benefits in saving your wrists the pressure and using it for quick warm up push ups.

Comfortable to use. The grip on the ends doesn’t work well if your use them against a door say (beginners do this) but on carpet they grip fine. Worth the money for the comfort but just don’t grip well for my application.
