Could slip.

Not as non-slip as they could be. There's a danger of them sliding on a polished or tile floor. I suggest they be used on a rubber yoga mat.

Simple and does the job

It does as advertised. Useful to prevent strain on the wrist while doing push-ups. Easy to reposition. The handles are metal which is nice, but the legs of the device are plastic which so far is holding up but it does feel a little fragile! Great option for the price.

Bought these because I have a bum wrist which doesn’t bear weight well when it’s bent, which has stopped me being able to develop the muscles to do push up. These bars are super helpful. Comfortable to use - although I tend not to use them on carpet.
