Dodgy product

This thing lasted less than 3 months with springs breaking. I weigh 65 kgs. This is the 2nd one I’ve bought that did the same thing. I stupidly thought it was a fluke with the first one. It will be going to the tip as it feels unstable now.

Legs don't fit

I bought this in Feb 2024 at Rebel, Mittagong (great service from Rebel, no problems or complaints there). However, when I got the trampoline home (84 kms away) the threads on the legs were too big and made it impossible to screw into the mainframe (trampoline). The warranty states no tools needed. Not true. Even with WD40 they still wouldn't budge. Impossible. Bad manufacturing. Only one out of six legs screwed in. I wouldn't recommend this product.

Very poorly made

Extremely disappointed with quality of this product. It was to replace one that was 12 months old but stitching gave way. This new one could only be fitted with 5 of the 6 legs as the 6th one was slightly out of shape and could not be screwed on. Total waste of $100 plus dollars. Do not buy!

Poor quality

Waste of money. Loops underneath are of such poor quality. Several ripped after only two uses. Says max weight is 100 kg but I am only in the mid 70's. Would not recommend this product whatsoever. Highly disappointing that a company can put their name to such a poor product.

Cheap and nasty.

Had to return due to the mat being ripped before I received it and one of the legs not threaded properly. Would not recommend.

I bought this a few hours ago and the cover split

I bought this a few hours ago and when i got home, i noticed that the cover had some tears on it. Whether it was like that at the shop or it tore from transport, it's very poor quality. I am less than 60kg and the spring makes a noise.

The trampoline itself does what it should. Purchased online. Unfortunately, the protective 'skirt' (?) around the springs arrived damaged due to the lack of packaging and it is nearly impossible to get it sorted due to the impact COVID 19. Disappointed with the process as Rebel is usually very good at this sort of thing.

Terrible Trampoline

Terrible construction of springs underneath. Got stretched out and trampoline broken in its first day. Don’t buy it.
