Great for working my back muscles whilst gyms are closed. It’s easy to use but strongly advise using gym fingerless gloves to protect your hands and to protect your hands

Favourite workout.

This is my favourite part of my workout! A must for all home gyms. I squat to pick it up and lift over my head and slam down, and repeat. It’s great quality, would definitely recommend.

Dont bother

Got the ball out if the box and it was fully deflated, i took it back into rebel to have them pump it up and the lady said thats how it was meant to be. I did a ball slam and it literally just flattened liked a pancake to the ground, she reckons its not meant to bounce back up.... so i exchanged it for the 4.5kg instead, which was much better and inflated properly and definetely had a small bounce like a slam ball should.

Wouldn’t recommend

I bought this yesterday and it is very rough on the hands - I have skinned fingers after one use … no instructions provided so didn’t realise the ball needed additional air (it looked already inflated) before use … felt like misshapen concrete and formed odd ellipses after each slam. Lots of sand spilling from the hole today. Returning tomorrow!
