Just the right size and weight to transport easily. Has the added element of coldness to help relieve sore/tight muscles. It is easy to hold which also allows it to be better manipulated to adjust pressure over muscles. Best after being put in the fridge. Good for larger muscles.

Feels a little flimsy and soft. I don’t know how long it will last before the plastic breaks under pressure and time. Only time will tell. Besides that, it feels great
