Impractical

Bought this out of covid desperation. None set up in store to try out so I gambled and lost. Rack is too narrow. I have had it for 3 days and cannot envisage the leg extension will last very long, its flimsy. It is too high, Im 6"0 my feet dont touch the ground in flat bench, so its no good for heavy sets, but my feet do touch the ground in incline. I would recommend this bench for lite weights only - literally

Interesting product

I bought this a few months ago and was pretty easy to assemble with 2 people, however, the bar holders are too close as you have to go either an extremely wide grip or narrow grip, this doesn't provide a range of movement, and can easily hurt your hands by squishing your hand and the bar which happened to me. Probably not the best product for a bigger/taller person as it's too small. Leg extenstion is very useful though

So close, yet so far.

It's easy to put together, and it feels quality. However, the widths of the rack is an issue to me. I feel as through I'm going to squash my hand when I rerack and that's dangerous when you've got heavy weights above you.

Goes alright. A bit sketchy and falls apart.

I got it for $200. For the price it's decent, but it does have a lot of issues. It's way too narrow for pretty much anyone to bench correctly on, and I've pinched my hands many times trying to rerack a barbell. The feet will all rip off eventually leaving the bare metal of the feet touching your floor. The leg developer attachment plugs all wear and break quickly which forces you to reattach the pads multiple times per set. You can actually this as an squat rack if you have enough of a disregard for your own safety. I've managed to use this as a quarantine squat rack for about 6 weeks lifting reasonably heavy and even though I fear for my life every time I rerack a heavy weight it still hasn't broken on me. Overall a decent bench. Be careful with the pads and plugs to prolong the life of them as long as you can.

Bad design

The product is not design well. I am 5’7” height and when I lay on my back to lift the weights, my lower back comes to the middle of the padded part. Does not allow me to lift weights. It’s a mistake that I should have tried first. But unfortunately given COVID scenario, I bought it without trailing it.

Good bench but high

Good bench but it is very high. I am 5'7 and I'm on tippy toes when lying on the bench. My son who is 6'1 has also commented on how high it is in comparison to a bench you would use at the gym. If you are much shorter then you would need to use blocks under your feet.

Okay for the price.

It's not a bad bench for the price, easy to put together and sturdy... But make sure to try it out first, the width of the poles that hold the bar are very narrow and for most adult men will probably be exactly where you'd want to place your hands on the bar (as I found out too late).

Not bad

Not a bad bench. It is a little high for bench press and the racks are not smooth on the bottom causing scratches to the bar. The width is a little close on the rack meaning it’s not a one person workout.

Yeah, it’s ok.

Feels good and sturdy, in all positions. Was easy to construct and padding seems quality. It is higher than expected so I can’t put my feet on the floor so all exercises have to be modified, this also makes picking weight from the floor a risk for injury when working out alone. The bar grips are narrow and with the lock device bolted inside the can also cause flesh injury so be careful. It’s a good interim bench in a time without gyms

Design flaw

The posts that hold the bar are right in the spot where you would grip the bar so it means you need to adjust your grip once lifted off and also again before putting the bar back down to avoid crushing your hands. Other than that it's good

Fairly sturdy and decent build quality for the price. The downside is you'll need a fairly narrow grip to get the barbell on/off. Not so good for us that are used to starting and ending with a wider grip.

Fine, but a bit narrow

This bench is fine in most respects, but a bit narrow. I am not at all large-framed or broad-shouldered, but I only just fit this bench. I’d strongly recommend checking the dimensions against your body size and requirements, and getting something larger if you need it.

Terrible design

Bought this for Christmas the rack is built in the spot where you would typically place you hands. So when using this you have to either go very narrow or very wide. We are planning on cutting it up and wielding it a posts width wider. Company clearly never tried this equipment out before developing it

Very poor grip

Cons: The rack is positioned where you either do an extremely wide grip (to the point it's suboptimal) or an extremely narrow grip that would only be useful for a JM press. The desirable grip is where the rack position is, you can adjust your grip once you have the bar up, but it's difficult to re-rack, especially if your training near to failure without a spotter. Bench incline is too low, and if you try to make the incline higher it gets to the point where you cannot unrack the bar when doing heavier weight, your in a position similar to that of a tricep extension. Bench also could use a little work, especially how it is attached to the main frame. Pros: Very easy to set-up, I'd recommend it for beginners, but honestly, just buy a membership, for the price you can get like 6 months.

Disappointing!

The bench is way too high. I'm 5'8", so when laying down I cannot plant my feet flat onto the floor without arching my back when doing bench presses. Also the leg press extension is too low meaning it cannot be used properly.
