Strong & stable. Great versatile bench for the price!

This bench is compact but strong. It has been a great addition to my workouts at home during lockdown, allowing me to keep up with a ehole range of strength training withoit dominatibg my house.

Very solid bench. Easy to put together. Really happy with my purchase and would recommend for a home gym if you’re keen for a bench to complete multiple exercises with.

Very sturdy piece of equipment. Easy to assemble, less than 45 mins with correct ratchet spanners and wrenches, no need for screwdrivers or mallet! Definitely leave the bolts a bit loose before connecting the seat and backrest on

I bought this three weeks ago for my home gym. It arrived relatively quick and the price is affordable in my opinion. The shipping and delivery went smoothly until it came to the assembling. I must say putting it together was a workout for me as some of the metal parts were either too small or too big. Though it was an easy fix by hammering it to its size. Even though adjustments were required, I am very happy with the finished results. I did notice that the bench cannot become exactly 180 degrees as there is a slight tilt. Nor can it become exactly 90 degrees as I like it for my shoulder dumbbell press. Despite those minor disappointments, the bench feels and looks high quality and I will definitely use it every day.

You are getting exactly what you see here. Great for beginners and people who use commercial gym equipment often. I go to a Powerlifting gym so the bench sits a little to high for me compared to benches im use to but that also could be because im a shortass. Its a solid Bench. It ticks the boxes for incline and flat bench. Its good.

The bench is hard to construct, you need two wrenches. The bench itself is quite wide, which makes it hard to pull your elbows back and get a good range of movement.

Once you get it together, it's a good piece of kit. A word of warning: do not do all of the bolts up tight until you have managed to screw the seat and padded back on. Not said anywhere in the instructions, but the back & seat will not bolt up unless all of the threads align exactly and they won't it you tighten everything up as you go.

I’m very pleased with the product. Easy to assemble if you know how to use a spanner. The quality is good. The handle for locking the adjustable seat could have been better positioned. Otherwise all good.

Just get ready to spend 2hr to assemble it and bench abit narrow for bigger build person so don't feel comfy to long workout. Overall not worth the full price, get it when it's on sale (low 100ish)

The bench puts together poorly, i had to bend it in to shape so that the bench would lock in properly. Only just works now after doing so. Maybe it was just a faulty one, others may be better. Although now that I have bent it, it seems to do its job just fine, just an inconvenience at the beginning. Slightly long for me also.

I wanted to purchase this bench for my home gym when it was on a members discount of 50%. Unfortunately, all the local stores in my area were sold out. Staff took my details and said they'd call me when they received more stock and would still honour the 50% discount, even if the promotion time period was over. This all turned out to be true, I was very happy with the service because of all of the above. Now, the bench itself. Assembly was straight forward, clear instructions with no missing parts. The bench feels very solid under load, in any of the positions. The most I've used was a combined weight of 150kg on the flat setting and it didn't give in any way, no budge, twitch or squeaks. I've used lighter loads on the decline, incline and vertical positions and the experience was the same. The pad is, for me, just right. It's pretty firm but has enough give so it's not uncomfortable in any way. The size of the bench isn't too large either, so storage and use in a home gym or small space is fine. This bench is versatile, very sturdy and has a pretty good weight limit. I'd say reasonable value for money at full price, fantastic value for money if you can get it on sale like I did. I'm really happy with this purchase.

I purchased this only a couple of days ago from Rebel Sports online. The photos looked great and the reviews where good, but it was all down hill from there! Delivery was quite fast, but for $40 (no local stores had stock), it’d want to be. Prior to buying, I did speak with someone from Rebel’s help desk to confirm stock and they advised me that this was a top quality weight bench, one of the best available for the price range. Their words, not mine… Assembled the weight bench which was fairly straight forward. Straight away, I noticed that the B2 sticker had a large scratch in it and there were multiple scratches/scrapes in the powder coated steel. Id honestly put up with all of that though because the steel frame part of the weight bench seems to be fairly well constructed. The real let down here is the actually padded bench parts of the weight bench. They are EXTREMELY poorly made using inferior materials are just down right flimsy. I can see the staples that they’ve used to staple the vinyl down. They have then attempted to glue a vinyl strip over that to hide the staples, but there are certain sections that aren’t even glued at all? This strip will be lucky to stay on for 3 months if the bench is used regularly. The vinyl itself is a VERY cheap variant that seems to almost grip onto your clothes, it doesn’t allow you to slide on the bench which means that your clothes ride up if you make any kind of movement. When the bench is flat, you could almost drive a truck through the gap between the back rest and the seat part. This is extremely frustrating because it makes it almost impossible to get into a comfortable position: your backside always finds the gap. The brace section to lock your feet in while declined is poorly positioned and doesn’t extend far enough, meaning that your legs and pressed really tightly against the weight bench and you CANNOT use it, it’s simply too painful. All in all, this weight bench is a waste of money and absolute garbage. There’s so many other better options out there. If I had of been able to see this in store during none lock down times, I wouldn’t of even given it a second thought! There should be a zero star option for this review! Avoid at all costs and disregard the other reviews from people that don’t know anything about training or the gym. Even as a ‘cheaper’ home weight bench, this doesn’t cut the mustard! $270 (including freight) down the drain! Also, I’ve been shopping at Rebel Sport for years, when will I actually get anything for my loyalty points? What is the point in scanning your card or your staff asking if your a member at checkout? The person at the help desk even told me that you get absolutely nothing and that it’s only for monitoring sales/spending habits to personalise advertising? Unimpressed…

Bottom stand do not balance, which is a very bug deal when you work out.

I bought this a few days ago and am unable to assemble it as the instructions are inconsistent and there appear to be two bushings missing. I emailed rebel with an extensive explanation and was told to go back to the shop where I bought it. Not very helpful as it is half assembled and weighs 20kgs. I even went to another store to see if they had one already assembled so I could check how it was done but there wasn't one available. Very frustrating as I don't know ho to fix it.

After reading the reviews I was hoping this was gonna be easy to put together. Boy was I wrong! The back rest won’t even line up with the bolt or in the slot. Pretty bad!

Sadly disappointed to be honest, the threaded bolts could not fit the hole due to excess weld left over. Can’t uploads photos to this forum sadly.

Very strong sturdy bench. I weigh 75kgs and lift around 50 kg of weights and bench doesn’t flex in decline, flat or incline. Recommend this!

Great bench for weight training - adjustable, comfortable and doesn’t take up too much room.
