Good solid bench, perfect for hone gym. Easy to out together. Be mindful, although totak weight rating is over 200kg, max user bodyweight is around 115kg, so if you're heavier not the bench for you!

Great for basic at home workouts. Incline and decline work fine but decline should be able to go deeper and incline should be more upright to provide more support and stability.

I purchased this for a versatile bench in a home gym setup. It’s a quality bench for the price, it’s comfortable and has the right angles of incline and decline. The only downsides are that it does not have a vertical setting and that it can be quite loud when changing the height.

I’ve been using this bench for a few weeks, 3-4 times a week. I find it holds user and equipment weight well, with little to no stability issues or creaking. Materials feel Sturdy and of good quality. Only issue is the instructions not being clear enough on one small part. 85kg user Up to 25kg dumbbells x2

Can't expect more from the bench. The bench is of good quality and will pretty much do the job. I have been using all it's mode - flat, incline and decline almost everyday and I couldn't expect more. A must buy for those planning to setup a home gym.

Not bad but better out there.

I bought this last week amd whilst it is ok I had trouble assembling it but got there in end. Have a decent adjustable spanner, my cheap ones took forever. The product is fine except for the foot lock position it’s too low for when bench is declined. Also the gap between the top and bottom seats is too big. I had to put a towel there for comfort. Overall not bad but hard work.

Easy to put together. I found I can’t get the seat all the way vertical, but it goes high enough for most incline exercises. The system for keeping the seat intact is not very secure

Budget price, budget quality

This is a (very) low cost model compared to other adjustable FID benches on the market. If you're on a tight budget it will do the job providing your not lifting advanced level weights. It also has a relatively small footprint, is lighter and easier to move around and store than heavier duty models. However, the low cost and light weight is reflected in the build quality. On my model the seat and back pad are a little out of alignment and overall the unit feels flimsy particularly when using in the incline position doing dumbell presses or chest supported rows for example. There is only one angle setting available in the decline position. No tools are provided for assembly, the instructions are adequate.

Doesnt sit completely flat, and the arm underneath that changes the height of the larger panel isnt level (one side touches the base and the other side sits up a bit). It does the job, but I'd recommend trying something else instead.

For the cost, it is absolutely miles above the quality of other benches. For this price, you usually can only get a flat bench, no incline or such a high weight rating. Sleek, comfortable and suits many body types as well
