I was a personal trainer in many countries for 10 years before I had children. This bench is equally as good as any I have used world wide possibly better. Plus the hand weights are perfect. Just feels right.

Fantastic - bench for various exercises [womens]

I purchased this approximately 3 weeks ago and I've had so much use out of it. I move it from room to room with ease, it is not heavy, so I can easily move it (I am a petite woman). I follow full bench workouts on YouTube for women and this along with other equipment purchased at Rebel (Celcius weights are awesome) have been a huge integration in my home workout. This is one of the best purchases I've made, wish I got one sooner! For me, it's too high to 'step up' (so I got a step from Rebel for this purpose), but this is amazing to do a plethora of bench exercises! Again, wish I got it sooner, if you're thinking about it, go for it! I wish it had a feature where the legs folded down, I would pay more for this feature. I do not have any power tools, and I put this together myself. You do need a wrench. I put it in front of the telly and watched a documentary, took me about 1 hour to put together, assembly semi-easy (may be difficult for a person with difficulties with their hands such as osteoporosis because of using the wrench). Love it!!

The bench is good enough for the price. However, the bench isn’t stable, not ideal if dumbbell pressing 20kg+ ( for example). Individuals 6 Foot and over may find the bench length too short.

A good, solid bench with comfortable padding and upholstery that is easy to clean. Average height so should be find for average or taller users. Could do with wider feet but quite stable as it is. Came as flat pack but assembly was quick. Minor issue with some bolts but nothing some careful movement with the spanner could not handle.

Purchased on a sale and paid $99. For the price I can’t complain but if you are wanting better quality I’d search for another. It is sturdy and easy to put together. I am 168cm tall and can “just” lay with knees bent, feet on Bench, with “just” enough room for my head. Would be great if it were 100ml longer. Length is fine for shorter people.

It’s a great product and works well. The only downfall I had was that one of the bolts doesn’t go in & it was clearly returned previously because it had a grass stain mark on it, so poor respect from Rebel to resell a faulty item.
