Not exactly what I expected

I found the Celsius Balance Trainer to be quite expensive for it's quality. The pump that came with it was poor quality and the air also does not stay in the balance trainer either.

Balance is so important. I do my weight training while standing on the Celsius Balance Trainer. I can feel I’m using a lot more of my core muscles when I do it.

Overall a great product it is just a bit smaller than I am used to at the gym. Once you get the ball inflation correct, which doesn’t take long, it is fantastic for balancing on. The bands are handy too for doing some basic workouts while using.

I've bought this before and it was great and lasted a long time. It was a blue one, but it's changed since and it's not as good. the base is not flat as such it makes it quiet dangerous. Would not purchase again.

Supplied with faulty clip. Replaced the clip with a spare I already had. Rubbers not retained well when using in shoulder press mode. Rubbers slip out of slot
