This is by far the best purchase I have made while at home. I am just starting To get back into fitness and what a great way to start exercising. So many different ways to use step, It is super sturdy and perfect size for home use and light weight to pack away!

Step workout for when you can't get to the gym.

The Celsius Adjustable Aerobic Step is identical in style to the gym versions that many people are already used to. It is not quite as fancy as the new "Les Mills BodyStep" type but the cost is considerably less and purchasing it from Rebel Sport was easy. The step is stable and easy to adjust, and has enabled me to continue my Step workouts (using Les Mill on Demand) now that I am unable to visit the gym. The combination is so good that I'll probably continue using it once the gyms are eventually open.

Wish I hadn’t bothered

I bought this to do Les Mills body step and pump as my previous one was too small. I wish I had read other reviews that said it is unstable. The risers don’t click into place and so are loose, so they move around when you move. If you have to turn the step from say horizontal to vertical, the whole thing falls apart so you have to stop the workout at re-set it up. I’m gutted to have wasted so much money.
