Celsius 5kg Tri Grip Weight Plate

Perfect weights to suit my 25mm barbell. Certainly better than the ones filled with sand you can get in those start weight sets.

Does the same job when compared to more expensive plates. No complaints here :)

Well made product with a nickel coating to avoid rust. Decided to go to 20kg with the Celsius dumbell with two additional 5kg plates.

These weight plates fit 25mm Barbells, and are sleek enough to slap onto Dumbbells too without them becoming excessively unwieldy. Tri-Grip gives you a lot of options when it comes to exercising as free weights for both strength and conditioning: side bends, squat press, shoulder raises, overhead presses, curls, and many more. The coating makes it more resistant to shattering and from rust. But please do take care with their use and storage, I cannot stress enough that it is shatter and rust resistant, not proof. I've purchased a lot of weight plates from rebel (well over 120kg worth at this point). So trust me when I can vouch for their quality. Like many of the other weight plates I've purchased there is low/negligible deviancy in weight, as I've stated in other reviews, it may be luck, but I like to believe it's consistency. I've seen a lot of cheap cast Iron in my life, and I can assure you that it is not the case here. These plates (and the other ones from Rebel) are definitely worth it (and a great investment for your fitness). However, please be sure you are buying the correct plates for you bar. I will definitely be back for more of these plates in the future as I go up in weight.

These Celsius weights really are the timeless. Solid, strong . And fit all my old equipment .

These didn't fit my bar. Their hole was about 1mm too small.

Due to the non-standard hole in the centre of each weight, my husband will either have to return (which is a pain and he does need them) or will have to drill out the centre hole to enlarge as it won't fit a standard bar! Very frustrating and disappointing, not to mention stupid!

They are heavy. They all weigh 5kg. I think. I like very much. Great success.

Possibly my fault for not checking but these weights did not fit on my bar which is why I bought them. They are okay for handweights however the handles are awkward to hold

Great standard weight plate. Easy to pick up. Only thing is the coating is slippery so if you are stacking weights without a holder/spike they won't be steady like old school iron plates.

A great paired item to the 183cm Barbell, 5kg weights will always be necessary for those increased weight limits, being such a small increment allows for easy and steady improvement

Weights are super useful and sturdy. Great for having around the house when I can't get to gym
