If you are looking for something to pick up and put down ad infinitum, or until your squigy arms turn into rippling tree trunks that make it really hard to scratch the middle of your back, boy to I have a product for you! Before i started i was a DJ Qualls kind of guy (I'll wait while you google it), now I'm like Dwayne Johnson except with DJ Qualls head and a stunning lack of charisma. What do you want from me its a 12.5kg dumb bell. You could achieve the same thing with 4 bricks gaffer taped together but it doesnt say 'why yes I do work out' when people come to visit...
