I plan on purchasing another kettlebell as well as the adjustable dumbbells that bowflex has to offer I love their products and want everything to be matching! I would definitely recommend these to anyone. I want to get my home gym system fully set up with bowflex products. I have the treadmill and an older model bowflex weight machine and the kettlebell as well.

I love this product because it keeps my home gym clean, no need for multiple lower weight kettlebells. Only disadvantage is it is slightly different shaped than a standard kettle bell but it just takes some getting used to. Other disadvantage is not being able to drop the equipment like a standard kettle bell due to the plastic exterior but I knew that going in. I use dumbells more often but do some supplementary work like raises with the kettlebell so it more than fits my needs.

I bought this for myself because I read online about all the exercises you can do with one Kettlebell. This thing is awesome! I can do so many different exercises at different weights it works for everything! It's a good size and solid build too so I can throw it in my car and take it when traveling for work or pleasure. 10/10

When I was told a kettlebell was the best way to increase my strength, I had to go with the Bowflex kettlebell. I read a lot of negative comments about the comfort of the handles but I can easily fit both of my hands there and use it for all my usual exercises with no problem. It is a pleasure working out with these. Not to mention that look pretty with all other Bowflex adjustable weights. I only wish it came with 15 lbs setting but I make it work with the 12 and 20 lbs.
