Added to my basement gym. A comfortable alternative to dumbbells, bars, and bands, particularly for lower body work. The handle could be a little wider and/or rounded to fit both hands side by side. Also, the weight jumps by 10lbs in the higher ranges, so it's not especially flexible for smaller muscle groups.

I Live in a small apartment, so these kettle bells are very good for saving space. I understand they have a limited amount of space to work with in terms of weight increments.
