I love all my bow flex equipment. Most of my home gym are blowflex equipment. The seated bike needs a light up screen. The dumbbells are great but can be bulky sometimes. Everything else is great. I use my blowflex equipment every day

This is a great unit all wrapped up in one little station I love the curl bar and the stand is rock solid and makes using it very nice not bending over all the time it's safer. Overall good product. Weight shifting doesn't work as well as the bow flex dumbbells. Hard to get into proper position to shift weights. Once connected it works great

Simple in design, concept and use. The assembly requires attention to detail, making sure in each step that the assembly conforms to the image of the finished product. A few parts can fit together easily but create problems later on in assembly. Just check your work as you go along -- otherwise all is straight forward and really rather simple. I very much like the assembled product -- very functional and has a nice clean design. Overall, very pleased.

I like it and it does what it is supposed to do. The setup was not fun. I would highly recommend opening the stand first and reading that manual. I open the barbells first and put that together only to have to pull it apart and to put the stand together. You will end up getting three manuals if you get the weight upgrade .

Set the weight set up correctly and the weights don't seat in the stand properly. I have taken them out and placed them back in numerous times, and still find myself having to select 40 pounds on one side and 50 pounds on the other side in order for them to match up. Not to mention, I was lifting one day and two of the weight completely fell off the bar damaging my hardwood floors. I do not trust using this product.

This was a PAIN to set up. I think that's because the directions for the stand did not include setting it up for both the barbell and curl bar. So two sets of directions and neither were exactly right. This led to taking it apart and trying again. Now it works well!

I purchased this as an addition to my mini home gym and so far I love it. I can get everything done with both barbells from biceps, chest, back, legs and situps with the straight bar. Everything was easy to put together and the stand is the perfect height, with good storage for the curlbar. If you're looking to tone or build bigger muscle I definitely recommend this curlbar set with stand you won't regret it. I went from curling 60lbs to 80lbs in 3 weeks cause I have this at will so no waiting or skipping at the gym. #sweepstakes
