Length is good as too is support. Disappointing is the slippage of reset and hands when doing standard yoga pose such as downward dog.

Poor construction. Easy wear and tear.

I would not recommend this. Poorly made. It's worth about $20 retail. Thank God I purchased this for my mum who wanted something light to use at home, but honestly, I could have purchased a cheaper one of the same quality. For those of you who need a functional yoga mat, check out Divine Goddess. You won't regret your purchase. Rolls out flat, no slippage, and so stunning to look at it makes you want to do yoga all the time. There's a good reason all their mats have 5 star reviews. Their products are as advertised.
