I found it easy to use and the exercises were really good. Very stable elastic easy to put your feet into.

Uneven straps

Love the variety of exercises that can be done with the bar and it applies a fair bit of resistance, especially when rolled up. But when screwed fully tight, the attachments of the bands are uneven making one side more resistant than the other. It's quite annoying as you are never working right and left evenly.

Pilates bar - great workout.

Love using this bar, feels like a thorough workout. Only thing I would say is a downside is that when you screw the two parts together, the attachments for the bands are never quite even, so when you rotate the bar for more or less resistance, it can be a little uneven. You need to rotate one side slightly more than the other to get them even. Still working out how to get it more even. The resistance is a lot stronger than I expected.
