Not really an orbiter.

It’s made out of quality materials, and it flies quite well, but the ‘orbiter’ part is pretty weak. It flies out and away, and as it loses its spin, the orbiter slowly pitches upward and starts to turn back. When it begins turning back, because it’s lost most of its momentum, it’s too weak to actually return to the thrower.

Good if you like running to collect

I’m an amateur Boomerang thrower and my daughter wanted to join in, so I bought her this. She has a lot of fun throwing it in straight lines, but no one I’ve given it to has been success in getting this to return despite following the instructions.

Overall A Great Backyard Toy!

I got this as a birthday present, and I immediately loved it. It took a while to get the hang of the technique, although I can confirm, that it is quite similar to throwing an indigenous boomerang. It took my friends a little while to learn the technique, but once they got it, playing with this toy was fun. One more thing though: if you have a small yard I wouldn't recommend it to you.
