Great visor I chose this because I had read when we have really hot days running with the visor helps as the heat is not trapped in the cap. And it’s great for this reason. Especially longer runs.

Sun visor for my needs

I loved it especially with my hair type and needing to tie my hair up in a top bun constantly when training. It is also great as it provides sun protection for my face, especially my eyes where I would prefer not to wear eye shades
