Built for the starting line, to help runners cross the finish line faster. The Hoka Cielo X1 delivers a propulsive ride to help runners keep their foot on the gas pedal. Two layers of PEBA foam house a winged carbon plate, the setup interacts with the aggressive rocker geometry of the shoe to help propel runners forwards into the next stride. Hoka have removed anything that would slow you down, strategic cutouts in the midsole and minimal rubber outsole coverage pair with the knit upper to keep them feeling nimble from top to bottom.
