New trading hours will take effect in Victoria from Thursday August 6th.
Melbourne Metro stores will be open for Contact Free Click & Collect only for customers within 5km of the store.

If your local rebel store is closed under stage 4 covid restrictions, you are still able to return via any open Parcel Post drop-off locations or Australia Post, or rest assured if you’d rather return your item in person our team will gladly accept returns and issue refunds once your local store is permitted to open it’s doors again..

Cashless Payment - from Sunday March 29th, rebel will temporarily stop accepting cash payments, however, a range of alternative payment options are available for you to choose from.

Are Home Delivery and Click & Collect still available online?
Home Delivery is available and changes are being made to make the delivery experience safer for our customers.

All of our rebel stores offer a click & collect service. Selected stores now offer a contact free click & collect service

    Will I have to sign for my delivery?
    No, you will not be required to sign for your delivery.

    Couriers will knock on the door as usual and step back two metres (or as far back as safe). They will wait for someone to come to the door and greet them as usual. They will then ask for the recipient's name (to record proof for delivery) and leave the parcel on the doorstep.
    If no one comes to the door and there is no Parcel Leave service in place, the courier will follow the standard process which is to leave a card to call, with details of the delivery and return the parcel to the depot.
