Are rebel stores open?
Store openings will vary state by state, please check at the top of this page for closures and updates. If you prefer to shop online, you can do so 24/7.
Are there any changes to store trading hours?
Rebel stores (Except for our temporarily closed Victoria Stores) are still open everywhere but trading hours do vary.

Can I still return my online purchases?
Your local store can facilitate a return during trading hours, and you are still able to return via any Parcel Post drop-off location or Australia Post.
Book a Parcel Post drop-off, or rest assured if you’d rather return your item in person our team will gladly accept returns and issue refunds once your local store is permitted to open it’s doors again.

We are continuing to take a range of precautionary measures across our stores. We are also adhering to the advice and recommendations of the Australian Government, all State and Territory Governments, local health authorities and the World Health Organisation, and will continue to actively review and respond as necessary

Are Home Delivery and Click & Collect still available online?
Home Delivery is available and changes are being made to make the delivery experience safer for our customers.
All of our stores offer a click & collect service. Selected stores now offer a contact free click & collect service
Free Delivery on orders over $150, conditions apply;
Express delivery is temporarily unavailable.
Will I have to sign for my delivery?
No, you will not be required to sign for your delivery.
Couriers will knock on the door as usual and step back two metres (or as far back as safe). They will wait for someone to come to the door and greet them as usual. They will then ask for the recipient's name (to record proof for delivery) and leave the parcel on the doorstep.
If no one comes to the door and there is no Parcel Leave service in place, the courier will follow the standard process which is to leave a card to call, with details of the delivery and return the parcel to the depot.
