Rebel Sport accepts Rebel Sport gift cards and virtual gift cards. Gift cards can be used to pay for the entire amount or part of the purchase. You can use as many gift cards as you wish to complete your transaction.

Please produce your gift cards or a print out of your virtual gift cards at the time of transaction.

Payment In-store with Cheques

Cheques can be used as a payment method in-store once the store’s manager has agreed to accept your personal cheque. Please call your local store for further information.

Payment On-line with PayPal

Rebelsport.com.au accepts online payments via the PayPal payment system. PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account. Its greatest advantage is that payments are made immediately - much faster than sending bank transfers.

PayPal allows you to make secure purchases without revealing your credit card number or financial information. Not only does PayPal help keep this information private, it guarantees 100% protection against unauthorised payments sent from your account.

Payment On-line with Gift Card

Rebelsport.com.au accepts Rebel Sport gift cards and virtual gift cards.

Simply choose Gift Card as your payment method when checking out. You’ll then be prompted to enter your full Gift Card number, Gift Card PIN number and Available Balance in the sections provided.

You can use your gift card to pay for the entire amount or part of the purchase, and you can use up to a maximum of two gift cards or virtual gift cards to complete your transaction.

Safe Shopping

Rebel Sport has put a number of protections in place to ensure that your transactions are extremely safe and that your information is secure.

When transacting via our secure server, your credit card and personal details are encrypted using the latest industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128 Bit encryption technology before being sent over the Internet. It encrypts all your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read while the information travels over the Internet. You can tell you are in secure (SSL) mode when a little padlock appears on the bottom of the screen.

Your credit card number is removed from our on-line server within one minute of it arriving and is stored on a separate secure server, which is not accessible via the Internet at all.If you are still unsure about sending your credit card to us via the Internet, then we suggest you use one of our additional payment methods.

Security is a two-way street and it’s up to you to ensure you protect your information. Please read our security tips below.

Security tips

• If using a public computer or terminal, always log out when you complete an online session.
 
• Keep your passwords private. Remember, anybody who knows your password may access your account.

• When creating a password, use at least eight characters - a combination of letters and numbers is best. Do not use your name, e-mail address or other personal information that can be easily obtained. It's also recommended that you frequently change your password.

• Avoid using the same password for multiple online accounts.

• Rebel Sport will never e-mail or call a customer and ask that they disclose or verify their rebelsport.com.au password, credit card or banking account number. Such information should only be submitted when completing an order on rebelsport.com.au, contacting Rebel Sport directly or when making updates to your My Account section.

• If you are contacted by, or receive an unsolicited e-mail from an unknown entity, and are asked to confirm or provide your password or personal or banking information, simply disregard the request and report the incident to Rebel Sport for investigation.

Season Pass eVouchers

If you are a Season Pass member you may be offered membership eVouchers. These eVouchers can be used online or in-store to discount the total value of goods on your purchase.

Finding out if you have any eVouchers

To see if you have been offered any eVouchers, before going into store, or buying on-line, simply follow these steps below:

Step 1: Sign-In to your account at the top of the rebelsport.com.au website at "Register/Sign in".
Step 2: Go to “My Promotions and Coupons”. If you have any eVouchers they will be listed here.

Using your eVouchers in-store

To use your eVouchers in-store, simply present your Season Pass membership card to the register operator at the beginning of your transaction. If you don’t have your Season Pass membership card with you at the time just let your register operator know your name and they can look up your account for you.

eVouchers cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards, delivery or services available.

Using your eVoucher online

To use your eVoucher online, simply sign into your account and rebelsport.com.au will recognise your account details. You can add your eVoucher at the checkout page before your transaction is complete.

Gift Cards

The rebelsport.com.au web site and all Rebel Sport stores only accept Rebel Sport gift cards or virtual gift cards.

Gift cards can be purchased from any Rebel Sport store, or from the rebelsport.com.au web site.

All gift cards purchased in-store are available for immediate use either in any Rebel Sport store or on the rebelsport.com.au website. Gift cards purchased from the rebelsport.com.au web site will need to be activated before use. Once activated your gift card will be ready to use. To activate your gift card purchased from the website, please visit the Activate Gift Cards section on our website.

Rebel Sport virtual gift cards can only be purchased from the rebelsport.com.au web site. However, you can order a virtual gift card to be sent to your email address, and then forward these as gifts via email. All virtual gift cards do not require any activation, and are ready to use.

To use a virtual gift card in-store, you just need to provide evidence of your gift card’s barcode number to the register operator. You can do this by printing out your virtual gift card and bringing it into the store or showing the email to your register operator via your mobile phone.

Once all products have been scanned, hand the virtual gift card to the register operator who will enter your card’s barcode into the system to calculate your discount. It’s that simple! There is no maximum number of virtual gift cards you can use for your in-store purchases.

To use a virtual gift card on the website, key the virtual gift card number and PIN number into the sections provided at the checkout page. You can use up to a maximum of two virtual gift cards for your on-line purchases.
