How to Order?
Ordering on rebelsport.com.au is a very simple process, and you can order on our site any time, 24 hours and day, 7 days a week.
Here are the steps to place your order ;
Select items to put in your shopping basket and then click through to the Basket Screen.
Enter your postcode (or select your country if outside Australia).
Select your preferred shipping option, which will be either “Cheapest” or “Fastest”.
Once you are happy with your order, and your shipping cost, then hit “Checkout”.
From there you will need to either;
• Sign-In with your existing Web site account, or create a new account
• Sign-In with your exisiting Team Amart account, or create a new account.
• Use a Guest checkout,if you would prefer that we do not keep your details on file.
Confirm your billing and delivery address.
Enter a “Gift Message” if this order is a gift for another person.
Continue to the basket page, where you can select “Delivery and Installation” (if one of the items on your order requires installation).
Add any delivery instructions, and/or “Authority to Leave” if you require the courier to leave the order at your nominated delivery address.
Finally, enter your payment method, and hit “Submit Order” to complete your order. From here your order reference number will appear on the next page.
If you have followed these steps, and encounter any problems placing your order, you can call our Customer Service Team on 1300 654 502 between 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday, and our team can take your order over the phone.
View & Track Order
All orders are dispatched from rebelsport.com.au via various courier companies, using our freight quoting and booking supplier Temando.
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email from rebelsport.com.au containing your tracking code. If you don't receive this email and would like to obtain your tracking number please call rebelsport.com.au Customer Service on 1300 654 502 or email the team at: email@example.com
Once you have your order number you can track your parcel by clicking here
. Please allow 12 hours for your parcel to register in the system before attempting to track your parcel. For all international orders please allow 24 hours before attempting to track your parcel.
Change or Cancel Order
If at any time you would like add or remove an item from your order, or if you would like to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 654 502, or email the team at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
When communicating with our Customer Service Team please ensure you quote your order reference number listed in your order confirmation email.
