A flat rate of $10.00 applies to all standard product orders placed online.
We recommend that you use your work or other suitable daytime address to ensure someone is available to accept your order. A signature is required on delivery. 2 attempts will be made to deliver your parcel before it is returned back to us.
You should also include a daytime phone number with your shipping details in case we need to contact you if there is any problem with delivery.
We do not accept C.O.D’s.
In stock items will usually be dispatched within 1 – 2 business days from receipt of your order.
Back Order items will usually be dispatched within 7 – 10 business days from receipt of you order.
Please allow up to 2 business days for delivery after dispatch.

The delivery charge for these products is based on weight, dimensions and delivery address. These products cannot be delivered to P.O Boxes.

Certain product vendors provide an installation service for their exercise equipment.
During the checkout process you may request installation on these products. The Rebel Sport customer service team will contact you by the next business day to discuss installation costs.

The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur.
Although we try and get all our orders dispatched on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:
- We may need to make additional check on your credit card which could delay your order.
- Products on Pre-Order or not in stock at the time of ordering will be dispatched in the period specified on the website.
- Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers.
