I can’t find the product I am looking for. Can Rebel Sport get it for me?
Rebel Sport Ltd & Group Companies is constantly updating the products
available on our web site. However, we have an extensive range of product
available in stores which may not be displayed in our on-line catalogue yet.

If I don’t want to give my credit card details over the Internet, can I pay
by phone or fax?
Rebel Sport Ltd & Group Companies does not accept phone payments however
there are many “Offline” payments available including faxing your credit card
details, cheque and money order.
Select the
"Offline Payments” option at check out. You will be prompted to print out
and complete an offline payment form to send together with your preferred

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes, it is extremely safe.
When transacting
via our secure server, your credit card and personal details are encrypted
using the latest industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128 Bit encryption
technology before being sent over the internet. Your credit card number is
removed from our on-line server within one minute of it arriving and is stored on
a separate secure server which is not accessible via the internet at all. If
you are still unsure about sending your credit card to us via the Internet,
then we suggest you use one of our additional payment methods.

When do you charge my credit card?
All online credit card orders are charged once the order is dispatched.

What if I am not happy with my purchase?
If you are not happy with your product for any reason, rebelsport.com.au is
happy to exchange it or refund providing the product is returned to us in its
original condition, undamaged and unopened. Please read our Returns &

How much does delivery cost?
rebelsport.com.au offera a flat rate of $10.00 for all standard product shipped
within Australia

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery time is usually between 2- 8 business days from dispatch depending on
your location.

My delivery hasn't arrived within the expected time frame. What happens
now?
If you feel that your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe then
please contact us on 1300 654 502 and we will investigate further.

I placed my order today, but my account status says it has not been
dispatched. Why is this?
All parcels are collected from our warehouse at approximately 5:00PM each
business day. It is only when all the days parcels have been collected, that
your member account status is updated to display that your parcel has been
dispatched.

Can I change my account details?
Yes. To make changes to your account details, log-in to "Your
Account" using your current email address and password. Once logged in you
are able to change your email address, password and billing details. Simply
update the appropriate fields and click on “Change” to save the changes.

Will my personal details remain private?
Your personal and credit card details are encrypted at your browser before they
are sent to rebelsport.com.au. Your credit card details are stored on secondary
secure servers which are not reachable via the Internet and are under constant
24 hour security surveillance.
